When Student Voice Became a National Conversation
What began as a musical created with students at Granite Bay High School became the subject of HBO's documentary My So-Called High School Rank. Co-written with David Taylor Gomes, Ranked explores the pressures of academic achievement, competition, and identity. The documentary follows students across the country as they bring the musical to life and confront those same questions in their own lives.
